As a guideline to produce the Valuation Report, are used international standards as TEGoVA - European Group of Valuer´s Association, RICS-Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, as local recommendations like CMVM (local regulator), Portuguese Central Bank and the Portuguese Insurance authorities.

 Real Estate valuations are made to all kinds of assets located in Portugal (continental).

Adjusted reports (Portfolio Valuation, Single Asset Appraisal, Valuation for Financial Reporting) to Institutional Investors, Corporations, Lenders and Courts.
